How the voice credit pool works
Paid supervisors earn 30 min per paid supervisee and 10 min per free supervisee each month (max 100 min). Assign credits as timed practice tasks — supervisees complete them and you see the transcript in your dashboard. Paid supervisees also have their own 2-hour personal voice bank on top.

Do I need to pay to use Supervisia?
No. Supervisors get the BABCP logbook, session recording, AI transcription, and AI form-fill completely free — forever. That covers the whole supervision admin workflow. You only pay if you want AI report writing (£19/month) or the full training suite (£59–£79/month).
What is AI form-fill and why is it free?
When you record a supervision session, Supervisia transcribes it and automatically fills your BABCP logbook fields — content summary, methods used, duration. We offer it free because it removes the single most tedious part of supervision admin. Once you've seen a 30-second logbook entry instead of a 10-minute one, the rest takes care of itself.
How does the voice credit pool work?
Paid supervisors earn credits they can assign to supervisees as practice tasks (e.g. "Practice panic disorder assessment — 20 minutes — by Friday"). You earn 30 minutes per paid supervisee and 10 minutes per free supervisee each month, up to 100 minutes total. Paid supervisees also have their own 2-hour personal voice bank on top of any credits assigned by their supervisor.
Is Supervisia approved by BABCP?
Supervisia is aligned with BABCP's Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics and the supervision-hours format required for accreditation — but it is not officially endorsed by BABCP. Your logbook exports are designed to be accepted as evidence of supervision when submitted with accreditation paperwork. Always describe it as "BABCP-aligned" rather than "BABCP-approved".
What is the difference between Supervisee and Trainee plans?
The Supervisee plan (£19/month) is for trainees who are in active supervision — they get voice practice credits pooled with their supervisor and are part of a supervision relationship on the platform. The Trainee plan (£79/month, or £59/month with a verified .ac.uk student email) is for anyone who wants to practice independently — unaffiliated students, newly qualified therapists, or anyone doing self-directed CPD — with no supervisor relationship required.
Can I cancel or switch plans at any time?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard — you keep access until the end of your billing period. Switching between monthly and annual, or between tiers, is handled via your account page.
